1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MegaMind Solutions Ltd website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
MegaMind Solutions Ltd provides software development, AI automation, web and mobile development, UI/UX design, and cloud infrastructure services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment. MegaMind Solutions Ltd retains the right to use generic, non-proprietary techniques, code patterns, and methodologies developed during the project in future work. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
4. Confidentiality & NDAs
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We are willing to sign mutual NDAs before engaging in detailed project discussions. All confidential information shared during discovery and project execution is handled in accordance with the signed NDA.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, fixed-scope projects require a deposit upon signing, with milestone-based payments. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaMind Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over MegaMind Solutions Ltd's registered location.
